To earn another free perk, you need to shoot three Mr. Peeks plushies in the correct order. The plushies can be found at the following locations and must be shot in this specific sequence. It’s best to bring a good scope so you can spot them from a distance. Mr. Peeks is quite far away each time and cannot be seen with a reflex sight. Additionally, you’ll need a weapon with good range for this task.

Once you’ve shot all three bunnies, head to the dungeon. There, you’ll find the plushie again in one of the cells. Shoot it once more, and you’ll be rewarded with a new random free perk.
