To obtain the cursed talisman, several steps are required.

First, get the “Melee Machiatto” perk in the bio lab. Then, head to the ocean caves, where you will find a hole in the rocks with sharp, spiky stones.

Now, knife the rocks, and thanks to the perk, they will break. Afterward, you can interact with the Captain, and he will tell you a story.

After this dialogue, a red X will appear on the map next to him. You now need to head to this location.

NOTE: This location changes with each game!

Once you are at the marked position, you will see something glowing in the water. Dive down to this spot, and you can collect a watch.

Bring the watch back to the Captain, and he will show you 3 new locations (which are always the same). Before heading to these positions, make sure to equip yourself with 3 Molotov cocktails and upgrade your weapon to at least level 1.

The first location is on the shipwreck. There, you will see a skeleton on a pillar. Throw a Molotov cocktail at it, and you will trigger a dialogue. After this dialogue, a red Mangler (the same as in Liberty Falls) will appear, and you need to defeat it.

After you have killed the Mangler, you will receive the first cursed coin.

Now, head to Castle Rock Island, where you’ll find another skeleton in the ground. Throw a Molotov cocktail at it, and the same sequence with the Mangler will begin again. After you defeat the Mangler, you will receive another cursed coin.

The third and final coin is located on Temple Island. Repeat the procedure, and once you defeat the Mangler, you will receive the third and final cursed coin.

Return to the Captain, and he will reward you with loot and a new red X on the map.

The red X on the map is always in the same location in every game, on Crab Island. Head to this island, complete a few rounds, and you will eventually receive the crate containing the cursed talisman. Once you pick it up, you will gain unlimited double points. But be careful, you will lose points if you take damage.
