To gain access to Von List’s office, two quests must first be completed. The first quest is located in the northern part of the square with the fountain. This will unlock the “Tank Column East” section in Stalingrad. The new portal, which is required to open the office, is located in the shop.

Go through the portal and survive 3 rounds to successfully complete this quest. Afterwards, return to Stalingrad via the portal. During the return journey, a cutscene featuring Kortifex will be shown.
As soon as you return to Stalingrad, Professor Krafft will inform you that he wants to speak with you. Go back up the stairs to reach Von List’s office. Once you arrive at the top, you will notice a glowing red X on the door to your right. At this door, you can talk to Professor Krafft, who is locked behind it. He asks you to collect the missing pages of a book.

Leave the office to trigger a new dialogue. Norticus will guide you to the apartments to speak with him.
To unlock this area, you need to complete another portal.
Once you have access, go to the top floor of the apartments. Then look for a room with glowing candles and two skeletons lounging in armchairs. On the floor, there will be a stone tablet that you can interact with to hear dialogues from Norticus and the other Dark Ether beings who have allied with you and Professor Krafft to stop Kortifex and Von List.

After the dialogue in the apartments is completed, Krafft will ask you to return to him. Go back to Von List’s office and turn around as soon as you reach the top of the first staircase. You will see that a new green portal has appeared, and further dialogue will confirm that this portal belongs to another Dark Ether being that has been summoned for support in the fight.

The green portal cannot be entered, and there seems to be no way to collect the missing pages of the ritual book.
