Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare „Attack of the Radioactive Thing
“ Easter Egg Guide

Players looking to activate the power will find that the Power Switch is not in the spawn area of the map. Instead, you’ll need to make your way to the Power Station where you will find the Power Switch. However, you cannot simply turn the power on just yet, as you will need two missing items: the lever and the power box.

If you need the lever, you should head up the hill located on the opposite side of the spawn area. Once you’ve climbed the sandy hill, keep an eye out for a zombie hand sticking up from the ground.

The missing lever is being held by the buried zombie hand sticking out from the ground. You just need to pick up the lever, and then you can activate the power if you have already discovered the Power Box. If you haven’t found the Power Box yet, check its location below.

To find the Power Box, you’ll need to head to the Diner area. More specifically, you’ll need to go up the hill near the Diner. On the hill, you’ll find the station where the Power Box is located on top of a small wall.

Once you have the missing lever and power box, you can make your way back to the Power Station and power up the map.

The first step to get the Pack-a-Punch machine working is to speak with Elvira. She is the woman lying on a couch in the TV studio. Approach her, and you’ll be able to start a conversation where Elvira will inform the player that she needs her Spell Book.

Spell Book

Elvira’s Spell Book can be found in the Diner. Head into the Diner and go to the back room, where you will find an opened safe containing her Spell Book. Pick up the Spell Book and return to Elvira, who will then give you an Acid Vial.

Acid Vial

The Acid Vial must be filled with zombie souls, which can be obtained from radioactive zombies. One way to differentiate the radioactive zombies from others is that they glow green.

Unfortunately, you will need to get up close to the radioactive zombie to fill the Acid Vial, and the only way you can collect their souls is through melee kills.

Before you attempt to start collecting zombie souls, head to the Marketplace and grab the Meat Cleaver weapon. This is a free weapon that can be found inside the shark.

Use the Meat Cleaver to kill the radioactive zombies, as they can be one-hit kills all the way up to round nine. You’ll want to keep that in mind when you start the Zombies map because the longer you wait to activate Pack-a-Punch, the harder it will be for you to collect the required zombie souls.

The next and final step to gain access to the Pack-a-Punch will require players to return to the TV studio with the now filled Acid Vial. Give the Acid Vial to Elvira, and she will then help you kill zombies.

Take her to a teleportation orb, one of which is located behind the TV studio. She will then enter the teleportation orb, and players will be able to use this orb to enter the Projector Room, where you’ll gain access to the Pack-a-Punch machine.

Note: The Pack-a-Punch will cost $5,000, and after use, the teleportation orbs can move, except for the main teleportation orb, which will not change locations.

The next step is to assemble the zombie body in the spawn area. There are several body parts scattered across the map. Each part must be placed on the tables in the spawn area.

  • Head
    • The head can be found inside an RV, but the only way to get into the RV is by pressing the button near the Pack-a-Punch machine.
  • Body
    • Found in the fire pit of the RV park.
  • Right Arm
    • Use the Seismic Wave Generator near the hand that held the power switch needed to power the map.
  • Left Leg
    • Use the Meat Cleaver to melee a radioactive zombie, which will leave a leg behind.
  • Right Leg
    • The right leg will be hanging from a tree behind the TV station. Throw a grenade to make it fall to the ground.
  • Glass Shard
    • Melee the broken mirror in the RV park restroom to collect a glass shard.
  • Car Mirror
    • Use the crowbar on the side mirror of the white car parked in front of the gas station.
  • Hand Mirror
    • Call for Elvira while she is away from her seat to collect the hand mirror.

Take the Scantron that can be found in the Ice Cream Shop. Then place the Scantron on the machine in the spawn area. Numbers will appear, and you must figure out the order of the numbers while using the typewriter. The numbers are 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8, though the order they can be arranged in will be random.

Once you have figured out the order correctly, the zombie will come to life. At this moment, you need to input that order again, but in reverse, into the typewriter to kill the zombie and reveal a key.

To build the Nuke, we need three parts. These can be found in the following locations:

  • By the red car between the TV Station and the Motel
  • At the end of the river under the bridge
  • At the gate outside the TV Studio

Use the crowbar and look under the desk located in the back of the Beachside Market. You will find four numbers that require players to place Pressure Gauges around the map:

  • Behind the gas station
  • On the right side of the Snack Shack
  • Behind the shack at the Power Station
  • Motel room that held the crowbar

After the Pressure Gauges have been placed, you will find that the safe in the back of the Beachside Market is now open, where you can obtain the Nuclear Bomb Codes. Keep track of what the numbers are, as you won’t be able to access them in your inventory.

Head to the gas station and use the right-side garage door, which will allow players to enter the Chemical Station. You will need to lay down the chemistry lab pieces within the gas station.

Chemistry Pieces Locations:

  • Number Inputter
    • Picnic table in between the RV park and the beach
  • Gauges
    • Picnic tables within the RV park
  • Valves
    • Couch located in the back of the market

but essentially, you have to change the color by using the machine in Elvira’s studio and head to each symbol to determine which one retains the “=” sign. Whichever one has the “=” sign will be your number to remember.

Lastly, you need to know what your m-shaped symbol number is, which can be found above the radio inside the motel office.

Symbol Locations:

  • Under the bridge
  • Fridge in the RV
  • Gas station door
  • Next to the fridge in the back of the Beachside Market

Once you have both your m-shaped number and the “=” number, you will need to multiply them and go to Elvira’s TV to set the color to whatever it says.

Gather batteries from the zombie item drops and insert them into the radios located at the Power Station and the Motel Office. Listen to the radios, which feature Dr. Bright explaining the chemicals required to destroy the Radioactive Thing.

From there, you will need to mix the chemicals that Dr. Bright has stated on the radio. You will also need to provide a number. This is done by adding all the top and left numbers of each chemical ingredient’s diamond and then subtracting that from your “=” number.

Gather all the supplies for the nuclear bomb and the formula you have created, and place them on the bomb. After that, everyone in the game must interact with the bomb to charge it. Once it is charged, you will need to interact with the bomb again, which will teleport you to the boss fight.

The final step of the Easter egg involves players needing to avoid the attacks of the Radioactive Thing. At the same time, you must continue to shoot at the core until the Radioactive Thing stops attacking you.

Interact with the nuclear bomb and push it from the shore to the water’s edge. Continue to interact with the bomb until it reaches the edge, where it will then be sent inside the Radioactive Thing. From there, make your way to the bridge and defend yourself until the monster fires a laser beam, creating an obstacle course for the players.

After you reach the end, the nuke launcher will be at the edge of the water. Have players interact with it, which will bring you into the belly of the beast. Here, each player will need to input the code number you found in step six.

Congratulations, you have completed the Easter Egg!
