Start the round on ‘The Archon’ and collect the Pack-a-Punch parts. These are marked with star symbols. Once you have placed the parts, you can use the Pack-a-Punch.
Now head to the area with the derailed train and pick up a shovel, which you can find in one of the train cars. Return to the Pack-a-Punch and start the ritual.
Once the ritual is finished, interact with the relic that will appear.
Use the red portal to enter the Dark Aether (a Pack-a-Punched weapon is highly recommended). On the other side of the portal, fight off the zombies until Kortifex strikes you down. Afterward, you will respawn on the main map and must look for glowing obelisks. To continue the Easter Egg, all challenges at the obelisks must be completed.
The first obelisk is located behind the Pack-a-Punch. Look for the dig spots around the obelisk and use the shovel. Keep digging until you find a glowing red orb. The orb will then float to the rock behind the obelisk.
This will trigger a challenge that will test your memory. A series of symbols will be shown, which you need to remember. Here’s a little cheat sheet

These symbols will appear as runes on the ground. Stand on the runes in the order the symbols appeared. If done correctly, a random challenge will be triggered.
This game must be played three times to proceed to the next step in the Easter Egg.
After completing the final challenge, you can start the Trial of Mindfulness at the obelisk.
In this step, you must stand on the runes until the bar is filled. But be careful, if you kill too many zombies or deal too much damage, the challenge will fail.
Once all the runes are filled, this step is complete, and you can proceed to the next step.

Purchase three Molotovs and head to the location where you found the shovel.
Now, search for three torches and light them with the Molotovs you just bought. These are located in the following places:
- In the train car
- Near the spikes in the middle of the area
- To the left of the ammo box
Interact with the orb that appears once the last torch is lit. Then, head to the Mystery Box and use it. You will now receive a Pack-a-Punched weapon. Sacrifice this weapon to the orb and kill the Sturmkrieger that appears afterward.
Look for the obelisk on the train and start the challenge. Make sure you have the Ring of Fire equipped. If not, a stone will appear that allows you to change the artifact.
On the train, you need to kill zombies near the obelisk until the ‘Full Power’ power-up appears. This must be picked up.
Stand next to one of the obelisks in the area and activate your Ring of Fire. Kill some zombies until the obelisk connects to the one on the train with a red laser. Repeat this step for each obelisk before the time runs out.
Head to the area with the Quick Revive perk. Shoot the crystals outside the map until a red orb appears. Approach the orb and listen to what you need to bring back to it:
- Go to the tents and return the cursed officer’s hat.
- Go to the bazaar and pick up the cursed skull.
- Go to the trains and dig at the mound to obtain the cursed femur.
Bring the parts back to the orb and pick up the Decimator Shield from Terra Maledicta. Go back to the orb to start the challenge.
Now, find the columns made of zombie heads and destroy them with the shield. Interact with the remains to fill the chalice, and bring it to the north side to fill an empty well.
Repeat this process until the well is filled. Once this is completed, the boss fight can begin.
NOTE: Make sure you’re equipped with a long-range weapon that is Pack-a-Punched to Tier 3 and that your perks are also at Tier 3. The Decimator Shield is also needed for the final battle.
Head through the portal near the Pack-a-Punch to start the fight against Kortifex.
Stage 1:
- Destroy the red crystals on Kortifex’s head to deal damage to him.
- Use the shield to destroy the red orb that follows you.
Stage 2:
- Destroy the red crystals and collect the shards.
- Throw these shards into the glowing plants.
- Collect the crystal shards from the destroyed plants.
- Throw the shards at the floating pillars to make them float toward Kortifex, which will destroy his shield.
- Kortifex will lean forward. This is your chance to use all your firepower to shoot one of his eyes.
- Kortifex will regenerate his shield. Repeat this process until you reach Stage 3 of the fight.
Stage 3:
- This stage is the same as Stage 2, but now you’ll also have to fight zombies and Sturmkriegers at the same time. Once Kortifex’s shield is destroyed again, shoot his other eye until he is eliminated.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the Easter Egg of The Archon!
