RUKA

COLLATERAL

ARMADA

If you have already completed the first part, we can start with the second part of the Easter Egg. The second part is not as challenging as the first, as it is just a prologue for the next map. It is a quick Easter Egg that many call a “side Easter Egg” because it is so easy to solve.

However, it’s still RNG-based and requires a bit of work. You need to reach round 3 in Outbreak before you can perform the steps for the Easter Egg, similar to the first part of the Easter Egg.

This Easter Egg doesn’t require much preparation, as the final fight isn’t very challenging. Still, we recommend some preparation since the end of the Easter Egg will be in round 5 or 6.

As with Easter Egg number 1, you must play until round 3 in order to start the Easter Egg at all. Again, you can jump directly to Round 3 at the Beacon in Round 1 by shooting the orb on the Beacon while teleporting to Round 2 begins.

The red rifts are always located at one point on the map. They look similar to the ones you find at the edge of the map.

Go through the red rifts and you will be teleported into the air. Then you have to find the next red portal and fly through it. You have to fly through three portals. Each time, the portals are further away, so plan your flight path well.

After you have passed through all the portals, you will see an object falling from the sky. Go to it and pick it up. Then bring this object to the beacon to be able to contact Ravenov.

Locations of the rifts:

  • Alpine – Dead Man’s Cliff
  • Duga – Bunker in the north
  • Ruka – Old Farm in a small cabin near the western border
  • Golova – On the top floor of the church
  • Zoo – wolf enclosure in the zoo
  • Collateral – near the western cliffs
  • Armada – The portal is underwater at the wrecked ship in the western part of the region.

After talking to Ravenov at the Beacon, you will be teleported to Sanatorium. There you have to find a crashed helicopter. You will always find the helicopter at the same place. It is located in the southeastern part of the map near the border. You can also look for a big thick cloud of smoke.

As soon as you approach the helicopter, a horde of zombies will attack you. Your goal is to protect the helicopter and eliminate all the enemies until the wave is over.

After you have done this, you can interact with the Omega Radio, which is hanging from a lifeless body from the helicopter.

Listen to the sequence of Dr. Jäger and he will inform you about the aether neutralizer.

You will now be asked to build the rover, which is located by the big bridge. To do this step you need to find a red anomaly. It looks identical to the normal purple anomaly, but in red. However, it works differently. When you shoot it, it only moves in the direction you shoot it.

So you have to shoot the anomaly to the rover. It will settle, on the way to the rover, at some points. Always shoot in the direction of the bridge even if the anomaly has settled.

After you have successfully transported the anomaly to the rover, it will hover above the rover. Do not continue shooting at the anomaly, otherwise it will continue to move.

The anomaly will hover above the rover until you have placed a toy in the rover, the etherum bunny.

For this you need to find a broken mystery box. As we already know, there is also a blue bunny in all the places where the mystery box is located. But only the broken Mystey Box will take us further in the Easter Egg.

The broken box can be in any of the three places where the Mystey Box appears. We can skip the active Mystery Box, as it never contains the needed broken box.

Once you find the box, interact with the rabbit. The bunny will then rise into the air and float there. Again, you will have to defend yourself against a horde of zombies.

After the wave is over, the rabbit will descend again and leave you valuable loot. Now pick up the bunny (it will now glow blue permanently), take it to the rover on the bridge and place it in the rover.

The anomaly will now fly into the rover and leave you an Omega Radio again. Listen to the recording after you have interacted with the radio.

Here it is recommended to stock up on ammo etc first, as the next step will start with a limited amount of ammo.

Spawn points of the red anomaly:

  • In the middle of the pool by the sanatorium.
  • On the roof of the bathhouse.
  • On the roof of the maintenance building.

Mystery Box spawn points:

  • Groundseeking
  • On the roof of the Sanatorium
  • Marketplace

After the audio recording, you can activate the neutralizer.

After you have done this, an energy field in the form of a dome will build up around you and the rover. The rover will start to move. Make sure you stay inside this dome permanently.

Hordes of zombies and elite enemies will appear again. When you reach the monument, the rover will drive into a wall and destroy itself. The dome around you will disappear but you won’t take any damage.

On the way to the monument you have the opportunity to stock up on ammo. We highly recommend it, otherwise you run the risk of suddenly being without ammunition.

Go to the marked spot and interact with the radio by the corpses on the wall. After the recording is done, a loud alarm will sound, which will attract all the zombies to this position.

When the zombies come at you, you have to go to the exfiltration point marked with the star symbol. Just jump down to the exfiltration point.

You have to kill all the zombies including the Orda within 5 minutes. Note that only killing the Orda does not end the Easter Egg. After you have killed all the zombies and the Orda in the given time, you can initiate the exfiltration.

CONGRATULATIONS

You have successfully completed the Easter Egg. But be careful, there is a surprise waiting for you!
